"DAWN LIGHT "

This year I am pleased to share that my commissioned work on Trellis Apartments for ARIA Property Group and Rothelowman has been awarded Best Residential Exterior image for 2026. Titled "Dawn Light" it is a range of images that capture the early morning activities of residents and their resident facilities in the Trellis Apartment project.

As part of the 2026 Architecture MasterPrize (AMP), architectural photographers from around the world are invited to submit their work for consideration in the Architecture Photography MasterPrize (APMP), an international award celebrating excellence in architectural photography.

The award recognises the important role photography plays in capturing, communicating and documenting the built environment. Beyond recording a completed building, architectural photography offers a way to interpret design, revealing the interplay of space, light, shadow, materials and texture that brings an architect’s vision to life.

Whether created for editorial publication, commercial use or artistic expression, compelling architectural imagery helps audiences better understand and appreciate architecture, its design intent and its wider cultural significance.

The APMP celebrates outstanding photographic work across a range of categories, including architectural exteriors, interiors and other forms of architectural photography. Open to submissions worldwide, the awards aim to recognise exceptional talent, creative vision and diverse approaches to interpreting the built environment.

The Architecture Photography MasterPrize provides an opportunity for photographers to gain international recognition for their work and contribute to the ongoing appreciation of architecture through the power of the photographic image.
